What Can eMerx Do For Me?
With eMerx we are able to provide real-time job tracking, inventory counts, and automated receipt and notification of order statuses. Dependent on the customer's specific system requirements, we can connect via any number of methods including FTP, direct system access, listener pages, etc. We've even connected to Salesforce to provide communication for order statuses and individual item statuses and tracking information.
With eMerx's inventory and fulfillment capabilities, we are able to handle inventory, kit, and mixed print and inventory only based orders.

eMerx handles our printing via Batch Submission to the presses that are directly connected to it, production tracking via admin sheet barcode scanning at each station for job updates, shipping via all major carriers, inventory fulfillment and receiving, and reporting via downloadable reports and customer facing, custom developed reporting dashboards.
The direct connection to our presses gives us a clear advantage over competitors, as under normal circumstances orders received into eMerx are typically ready to print within 3-5 minutes of receipt. Since order receipt and job prep is automated, no human touches the job until it's printed.
